How do will fill your order?

Our goal is to create a life full of faith, love, creativity and adventure. Being a homeschooling family w/ three small children, our printing and fulfillment company is a HUGE part of our business.

What this means is that the majority of our orders are approved by us and then head straight to our fulfillment company where your order is filled and shipped straight to your doorstep. 

We want to over communicate this to you so that you know if you receive your order and you notice anything at all wrong with your items please, please, please contact us and let us know. Our fulfillment team is wonderful at addressing and correcting any mistakes that are made on our part.

HOWEVER, we are beginning to carry stock of certain tees of which we will be communicating through our Instagram and Facebook accounts. please be on the lookout for sales and special promos there :) 

How do I know what size shirt to order?

Please check out our link to our SIZING CHART {HERE}. We offer a UNISEX/MENS fit tee & it is highly recommended that you use the SIZING CHART to help you selected your desired size/fit.
How should I care for my shirts? 
The best way to care for your shirt is to turn it inside out + machine/hand wash in cold water. Dry on low or hang dry to reduce the amount of shrinkage after being washed + dried. 
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in US/Canada takes 5-10 business days. International orders generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive and tracking will not be available at this time. 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we do. You can purchase them by following this link.
What about emails received over the weekends?
TheFallCo. is family owned + family loved. Family time is precious to us, therefore, all emails received over the weekend will be responded to in the following business days.
What are our office hours?
We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST, unless otherwise specified.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order we would love for you to begin by contacting us at sales@thefallco.com to let us know so that we can best resolve your issue.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. Please note that we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of exchange as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
